S-Shakt is where we conduct teacher trainings and teacher capacity building workshops for primary and middle school teachers.

These trainings happen under different heads and in different lights. Sometimes we help teachers become better storytellers, sometimes better problem solvers. We sometimes help teachers incorporate elements if puppetry and art in teaching, while sometimes just help them build their scientific temper.

Some of the themes that we usually cover over 2-3 days are:

- Developing caring classroom communities
- Arranging for learning
-
 Building on students' thinking
- Worthwhile mathematical and science-related tasks through online tools - Making connections through  online and offline modes
-
Understanding language through stories and drawing themes out of stories
-
Use of Connect, Extend, and Challenge (CEC) Framework
-
Creating lesson plans using themes and CEC framework
-
Understanding the concepts of Science using models and its application
- Building Mathematical mindset using puzzles and games
